The Training and Development Unit within this Ministry is responsible for Human Resource Training and Development functions within the Belize Public Service, comprising activities concern with:
- Training Profiles and Skills Record,
- Training Needs Analysis,
- Induction Programme Development and Delivery,
- Processing Local and Foreign Training and Development Opportunities,
- Training and Development Budget,
- Monitoring and Evaluation of Training programs
- Fostering relationships with relevant stakeholders within the training and development community.
